The Nyungwe of Mozambique, numbering about 948,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic group indigenous to the Manica Province of central Mozambique.
They are an indigenous people in the Bantu, Chewa-Sena people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Nyungwe.
