The Mbunda of Angola
The Mbunda of Angola, numbering about 282,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Bantu people whose oral tradition traces origin from the Kola region of the Luba-Lunda sphere to found the Mbunda Kingdom under ruler Mwene Nkuungu in southeastern Angola, with major waves migrating into Zambia to fight for the Lozi king.
They are an indigenous people in the Bantu, Central-South people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion, and they primarily speak Mbunda.
