The Kebu of Uganda

The Kebu of Uganda, numbering about 537,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Nilotic people of Uganda's West Nile region whose oral history traces migration from the Middle East through Ethiopia and South Sudan in the 1200s, founding their settlements under a leader named Kebu and governed today by a hereditary Thebizi.

They are an indigenous people in the Sudanic people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion, and they primarily speak Ndo.
