The Ndengereko of Tanzania
The Ndengereko of Tanzania, numbering about 319,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Bantu ethnic group native to southern Pwani (Coast) Region of Tanzania, primarily living north of the Rufiji River along the central coastline south of Dar es Salaam.
They are an indigenous people in the Bantu, Makua-Yao people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Sunni Islam, and they primarily speak Ndengereko.
