The Ndali of Tanzania
The Ndali of Tanzania, numbering about 435,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Bantu people of Tanzania's Ileje District and northern Malawi whose name means long path in reference to a migration story, oral tradition placing their ancestors alongside the Nyakyusa, Kinga, Kisi, and Pangwa at a shared settlement called Nyumba Nditu.
They are an indigenous people in the Bantu, Central-Tanzania people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Roman Catholicism, and they primarily speak Ndali.
