The Hadza of Tanzania

The Hadza of Tanzania, numbering about 1,600 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are one of the last nomadic hunter-gatherer peoples on earth, living around Lake Eyasi in Tanzania in small leaderless bands of twenty to forty that continue a hunting and honey-gathering way of life documented in the area for over 50,000 years.

They are an indigenous people in the Khoisan people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion, and they primarily speak Hadza.
