The Chagga of Tanzania
The Chagga of Tanzania, numbering about 1,200,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an indigenous ethnic group native to the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro and parts of Mount Meru in northeastern Tanzania.
They are an indigenous people in the Bantu, Central-East people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Roman Catholicism, and they primarily speak Swahili (individual language).
