The Krio of Sierra Leone
The Krio of Sierra Leone, numbering about 920,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Eurafrican ethnic group descended from freed African-American, Afo-Carribbean, and liberated African slaves who settles in the Western Area (Freetown Peninsula) of Sierra Leone during the 19th century.
They are an indigenous people in the Other Sub-Saharan African people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion, and they primarily speak Krio.
