The Principense Mestico of Sao Tome and Principe
The Principense Mestico of Sao Tome and Principe, numbering about 9,300 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a mixed-heritage community of Principe Island in Sao Tome and Principe descended from Portuguese settlers and enslaved Africans, occupying a distinct intermediate stratum in the islands' colonial-era social hierarchy and speaking the Lung'Ie creole.
They are an indigenous people in the Other Sub-Saharan African people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Roman Catholicism, and they primarily speak Portuguese.
