The Lelau of Nigeria
The Lelau of Nigeria, numbering about 12,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Taraba State people of Nigeria's Benue Basin, also called Bakula or Munga, tracing their origin to a settlement called Gyengyenlozoah under the Gwana Jukun of the Kwararafa Confederation, with young men organized into age-grade cohorts every six years.
They are an indigenous people in the Adamawa-Ubangi people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Leelau.
