The Fyam of Nigeria
The Fyam of Nigeria, numbering about 27,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Jos Plateau people of Nigeria centered on Gindiri in Plateau State's Mangu LGA, whose ancestors left the Gobir Kingdom during the reign of Bawa Jangwarzo in the late 1700s and split into settlements at Tulai and the Bokkos area.
They are an indigenous people in the Benue people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Folk Islam, and they primarily speak Fyam.
