The Gana of Mali, numbering about 144,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a culturally distinct Manding people of the Ganadougou region of southern Mali whose identity reflects Fulani, Senufo, and Bambara influences and who speak a variety of Bamanankan.

They are an indigenous people in the Malinke-Bambara people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Sunni Islam, and they primarily speak Bambara.
