The Tumulung Sisaal of Ghana
The Tumulung Sisaal of Ghana, numbering about 181,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a Gur-speaking farming people of Tumu in Ghana's Upper West Region, part of the Gurunsi ethnic cluster shaped by centuries of interaction with the expanding Mossi, Mamprusi and Dagomba states.
They are an indigenous people in the Gur people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Tumulung Sisaala.
