The Fante of Ghana
The Fante of Ghana, numbering about 4,100,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an Akan and Guan people whose ancestors migrated from Techiman in the 1600s to found Mankessim, forming a coastal confederacy under a high king and priest that grew wealthy as Atlantic trade middlemen before Britain dissolved it in 1874.
They are an indigenous people in the Guinean people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion, and they primarily speak Akan.
