The Gouin of Côte d’Ivoire
The Gouin of Côte d’Ivoire, numbering about 3,800 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a Gur-speaking farming people of Burkina Faso's southwest known locally as Ciraamba or Kirma, with a smaller community spilling into northern Cote d'Ivoire, growing millet, cassava, and yams while largely maintaining traditional religious practice.
They are an indigenous people in the Gur people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Cerma.
