The Nzebi of the Republic of the Congo
The Nzebi of the Republic of the Congo, numbering about 31,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Bantu people organized into seven clans descended from seven founding patriarchs, who entered Gabon from the east in the mid-1700s and spent a century in Moanda before dispersing, becoming premier 19th-century rubber producers and ironworkers.
They are an indigenous people in the Bantu, Northwest people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Protestantism, and they primarily speak Njebi.
