The Lobala of the Republic of the Congo
The Lobala of the Republic of the Congo, numbering about 31,500 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Bantu people west of the Bangala near where the Ubangi meets the Congo River, whose ancestors historically governed the town of Dongo before the neighboring Boba gradually gained economic and political control there.
They are an indigenous people in the Bantu, Central-Congo people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Protestantism, and they primarily speak Lobala.
