The Yambetta of Cameroon
The Yambetta of Cameroon, numbering about 12,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Bantu farming people of the Mbam valley in Cameroon's Centre Region, descended from settlers displaced from the Nun-Mbam confluence area by 18th-century intertribal land pressure.
They are an indigenous people in the Bantu, Northwest people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion, and they primarily speak Yambeta.
