The Woko of Cameroon

The Woko of Cameroon, numbering about 8,100 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a people who call themselves Lɔŋmó and their village Gormaya, known to outsiders as Voko, settled in Cameroon's Poli Subdivision near Faro National Park, whose endangered Longto language is spoken by a dwindling number of young people.

They are an indigenous people in the Adamawa-Ubangi people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Folk Islam, and they primarily speak Longto.
