The Pam of Cameroon
The Pam of Cameroon, numbering about 125 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a community within Cameroon's Adamawa Fulfulde-speaking sphere, a lingua franca spread after Modibo Adama's early 19th-century jihad founded the Adamawa empire, later adopted by missionaries after 1885 as a church language across the region.
They are an indigenous people in the Adamawa-Ubangi people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Folk Islam, and they primarily speak Adamawa Fulfulde.
