The Bambili of Cameroon
The Bambili of Cameroon, numbering about 32,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Grassfields Bamenda kingdom people tracing ancestry to the Tikar of Cameroon's Adamawa region, whose migrating princes and family heads fought their way through the Mbam valley over some 600 years to found permanent settlements in the Ndop plains area.
They are an indigenous people in the Bantu, Cameroon-Bamileke people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Protestantism, and they primarily speak Bambili-Bambui.
