The Mima of Sudan
The Mima of Sudan, numbering about 168,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a distinct Muslim ethnic group living primarily in western Sudan, especially in Darfur and parts of Kordofan. They are closely related to the Mimi (Amdang) people of Chad.
They are a diaspora people in the Ouaddai-Fur people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Sunni Islam, and they primarily speak Amdang.
