The Anfillo of Ethiopia, numbering about 2,700 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an Omotic people of western Ethiopia's Anfillo woreda whose ancestral language, now spoken only by elders, has been replaced among younger generations by Oromo.

They are an indigenous people in the Omotic people cluster of the Horn of Africa Peoples. Their primary religion is Sunni Islam, and they primarily speak West Central Oromo.
