The Sokoro of Chad
The Sokoro of Chad, numbering about 16,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Sunni Muslim ethnic group inhabiting eastern Chad and western Sudan.
They are an indigenous people in the Chadic people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Folk Islam, and they primarily speak Sokoro.
