The Ngama of Chad
The Ngama of Chad, numbering about 136,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Sara people of Chad's Moyen-Chari region near Sarh, part of the Sara Majingai-Ngama cluster whose oral tradition traces origin near the Nile before a sixteenth-century westward migration fleeing Arab slave-raiding pressure.
They are an indigenous people in the Sara-Bagirmi people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Neo-Pentecostalism, and they primarily speak Ngam.
