The Kaba Na of Chad
The Kaba Na of Chad, numbering about 114,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Kaba subgroup of the Sara people in southern Chad, historically raided for slaves by Muslim emirates like Bagirmi before French colonization, whose wider Sara kin's post-1960 political dominance under President Tombalbaye triggered civil war.
They are an indigenous people in the Sara-Bagirmi people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion, and they primarily speak Sara Kaba Náà.
