The Bua of Chad
The Bua of Chad, numbering about 25,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Kulaawe subgroup of the Bua people in a dozen villages of southern Chad's Guera region, historically blacksmiths at Tile Nougar who extracted and forged iron, recently converted to Islam while retaining aspects of their older pre-Islamic practices.
They are an indigenous people in the Adamawa-Ubangi people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Bua.
