The Bideyat of Chad
The Bideyat of Chad, numbering about 12,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are one of two sub-groups of the Beri (Kige), a large ethnic group who live on the border of Chad and Sudan.
They are an indigenous people in the Kanuri-Saharan people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Sunni Islam, and they primarily speak Zaghawa.
