The Kwamera Tannese of Vanuatu
The Kwamera Tannese of Vanuatu, numbering about 3,700 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of southeastern Tanna Island, Vanuatu, identified by the Kwamera (Nafe) language and a distinct local identity rooted in language and traditional territory.
They are an indigenous people in the Vanuatu people cluster of the Pacific Islander Peoples. Their primary religion is Protestantism, and they primarily speak Kwamera.
