The Aveke of New Caledonia, numbering about 350 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Kanak people of Voh on New Caledonia's northwest coast whose severely endangered Haveke language belongs to the Voh-Koohne dialect cluster, largely Catholic while retaining customary ancestor beliefs.
They are an indigenous people in the New Caledonia people cluster of the Pacific Islander Peoples. Their primary religion is Roman Catholicism, and they primarily speak Haveke.
