The Kuki Chin of Myanmar
The Kuki Chin of Myanmar, numbering about 41,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Tibeto-Burman hill people known in Myanmar as Chin and calling themselves Zo or Zomi, meaning hill people, who were pushed into the mountains by Shan invaders and later divided by colonial-era borders into today's Chin, Mizo, and Kuki communities.
They are an indigenous people in the Kuki-Chin (Zo) people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Protestantism, and they primarily speak Thado Chin.
