The Bawm of Myanmar
The Bawm of Myanmar, numbering about 700 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Kuki-Chin people tracing its lineage to ancient Qiang migrations out of western China, whose founding village of Tiphul was established around 1400 in Myanmar's Chin Hills before further waves of settlement around 1500 and the 1770s.
They are an indigenous people in the Kuki-Chin (Zo) people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Protestantism, and they primarily speak Bawm Chin.
