The Kunjen of Australia
The Kunjen of Australia, numbering about 400 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an Aboriginal Australian people of western Cape York Peninsula whose homeland lies inland from the Gulf of Carpentaria and who are associated with the Kunjen (Uw) language and related Oykangand and Olkola communities.
They are an indigenous people in the Aboriginal Australians people cluster of the Pacific Islander Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Torres Strait Creole.
