The Cuyonon of the Philippines
The Cuyonon of the Philippines, numbering about 221,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Visayan people of the Cuyo Islands whose pre-Hispanic domain was ruled by Datu Magbanua, later becoming the site of Palawan's strongest early Spanish colonial presence and serving as the province's capital from 1873 to 1903.
They are an indigenous people in the Filipino Tribal people cluster of the Malay Peoples. Their primary religion is Roman Catholicism, and they primarily speak Cuyonon.
