The Yami of Taiwan
The Yami of Taiwan, numbering about 4,700 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a maritime Austronesian people who call themselves Tao, or man, settling Orchid Island around 4,000 years ago and maintaining trade and intermarriage with the Ivatan of the Philippines, later protesting an undisclosed 1982 nuclear waste facility.
They are an indigenous people in the Taiwan Indigenous people cluster of the East Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Protestantism, and they primarily speak Yami.

- Romans 10:14–15. Ask God to send messengers, so that people can hear, believe and call on the name of the Lord.
