The Pinuyumayan of Taiwan

The Pinuyumayan of Taiwan, numbering about 14,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Taiwanese Indigenous people whose pre-17th-century confederacy, led by chief Sakuban, once commanded 72 tribes across eastern Taiwan, some clans later migrating south to the Hengchun Peninsula in a resettlement tradition called sukaro.

They are an indigenous people in the Taiwan Indigenous people cluster of the East Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion, and they primarily speak Mandarin Chinese.
