The Luhua Qiang of China
The Luhua Qiang of China, numbering about 30,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an ancient people of Sichuan's upper Min River valley first recorded in Shang Dynasty oracle bone inscriptions, whose homeland shrank as related groups assimilated into Han and Tibetan populations, officially recognized only in 1950.
They are an indigenous people in the Tibetan people cluster of the Tibetan Peoples. Their primary religion is Tibetan Buddhism, and they primarily speak Northern Qiang.
