The Qanu of China
The Qanu of China, numbering about 14,500 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a subgroup of Miao located in villages south of the city of Kaili, in China'a Guizhou Province (Hattaway 2000).
They are an indigenous people in the Miao / Hmong people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Northern Qiandong Miao.
