The Northern Qiandong Miao of China, numbering about 2,465,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a Hmu people of eastern Guizhou and northern Guangxi whose identity is rooted in the Northern Qiandong branch of the Hmongic language family and a shared history distinct from other Miao groups.
They are an indigenous people in the Miao / Hmong people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion, and they primarily speak Northern Qiandong Miao.
