The Gouzou of China
The Gouzou of China, numbering about 6,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an indigenous Yi subgroup of Weining County in northwestern Guizhou, distinct from the neighboring Guopu and associated with the Eastern Yi linguistic tradition.
They are an indigenous people in the Other Tibeto-Burmese people cluster of the Tibetan Peoples. Their primary religion is Chinese Folk Religion, and they primarily speak Wusa Nasu.
