The Majhi of Nepal
The Majhi of Nepal, numbering about 95,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an Indigenous community of Nepal traditionally associated with boat-rowing but now largely engaged in diverse livlihoods such as farming, wage labor, small business, and contract work.
They are an indigenous people in the Punjabi people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Hinduism, and they primarily speak Majhi.
