The Kutang Bhotia of Nepal
The Kutang Bhotia of Nepal, numbering about 2,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a Tibetan-affiliated Himalayan people of northern Nepal's Kutang and Bihi valleys whose identity is rooted in trans-Himalayan cultural traditions and a distinct Kutang linguistic heritage within the broader Bhotia population.
They are an indigenous people in the Tibetan people cluster of the Tibetan Peoples. Their primary religion is Tibetan Buddhism, and they primarily speak Kuke.
