The Jirel of Nepal
The Jirel of Nepal, numbering about 6,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of eastern Nepal, Janakpur zone: Dolakha District, Jiri and Sikri valleys, easter hills.
They are an indigenous people in the Tibetan people cluster of the Tibetan Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Jirel.
