They are an indigenous nomadic people of the Scottish Highlands, genetically and culturally distinct from both the settled Scottish population and Romani groups, historically itinerant tinsmiths whose Beurla Reagaird speech is now nearly extinct.
They are an indigenous people in the Anglo-Celt people cluster of the Eurasian Peoples. Their primary religion is Unaffiliated, and they primarily speak English.
